PD has a 0 refund policy.

**Payment in full is due at the time of booking to retain portrait district services for your photography session and secure your date. Portrait District LLC accepts checks, cash and credit card payments.

Credit Card payments are made via Square. A Processing Fee of 2.9% is added to all packages paid by credit/debit charges.

Please note: There will be a $50 charge on all returned checks.

All bookings hold client’s spot/date and are NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you may reschedule your session to a future desired date.**

RE-SHOOTS

Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots cannot be rescheduled for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. Reprinting of prints will not be completed because I always get you to "approve" your print order online before I order. You will get to view exactly what I print. So please make sure that you pay attention to colors, image choices and wording on all orders before approving them for print for me.


RESCHEDULING

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

CULLING + EDITING + RAW IMAGES

**Under no circumstance will PORTRAIT DISTRICT LLC
release RAW image files.**

LISA GLAMOCLIJA/PORTRAIT DISTRICT LLC retains complete control over the culling and editing process. After the portrait session, each image is put through a careful selection process where photographer selects images that meet her high standards of quality. Images with eyes closed, unflattering poses, and duplicate images are removed permanently during the culling process. PORTRAIT DISTRICT LLC does not guarantee a minimum number of images in client’s final image gallery.

Selected images will be color corrected and lightly edited for presentation. During the retouching phase for images printed through the PORTRAIT DISTRICT LLC, the Studio will retouch any mark that will not be present in two weeks (i.e., acne, bruises etc.) Any additional client requested edits, including but not limited to, removal of scars, tattoos or birthmarks, removal of persons or things, body shaping, head swaps, etc. may be subject to additional retouching fees at the photographer’s discretion.
